drill out the port to .150 (what is this in a fraction?)
new seals
align the barrel and ports
polish everything
new port between the tube and breech

this will add how much? 150 -200 fps?

150 thousands of an inch would be a number drill and the closest to it is a #25 drill which is .149 thousands of an inch.

3/32 is .093 thousands of an inch which is way too small.

Sounds like you better be careful when doing these modifications to your rifle, one slip and you might destroy the rifle barrel or the bolt. Some of these modifications are not for an amateur gunsmith.

I apologize Jonny, I'll quit playing around....as Rich said, it is NOT kinda like 3/32nds...it's closer to a #25 which is somewhere between 3/16" and 1/8" but not "kinda like" either.  If you don't totally understand what you're doing, you might be better off sending it to a knowledgeable airgunsmith.  Some of these mods done improperly can definately ruin your rifle, and possibly blow up in your face.  Be careful, and be safe!  If in doubt, ask, and if still in doubt, find someone to do the work for you.

At the risk of sounding smart***, your FPS will vary according to temperature, pellet, and pellets weight.  Since you gave us very little input data such as what did it shoot when it was stock with a particular pellet, how can anyone give you an exact figure as to what your modifications will yeild in terms of increase if any?

BTW every computer operating system I've see has a calculator function that will tell you that 3/16 = .1875 ?  Some folks here offered you sound advice but you don't seem to understand it.
