Does anyone own one of the JDSairman Tanks in 13 CI or 22 CI with the regulator??  I am trying to find out what type of valve it has on it...  I have dropped john a note but cannot seen to get a response.

What I need is a spring loaded valve that will allow me to use a fixed pin to lift it off it's seat when it is screwed onto the rifle.

Don, The reg is a common paintball reg. but adjust ed for HPA ,from 1800 to 2500 psi ,go to his web page and click regulators and it will show you the valve unassembled .

Paul,

I did look at it on his site and it looked like it releases the air if the center pin is pushed but JDSairman didn't resond so I wasn't sure.  Thats why I would like to talk to someone that actually has one of his tanks..

If you push that pin in,it will release air,to fill a rifle the adapter screws on the reg. and then you turn the thumb nob and that pushes down on reg pin and air will come out of the hose and into the gun tank . To fill it ,it has a foster fitting on side of reg. for filling . I do own the 13 cu,in and jda reg,mine has a 2200 out put,just for my maurader setup.I use this setup ,just for hunting ,i get about 4 2200 refills ,thats plenty. Then when i get home ,i have several scuba tanks from 60,80,100,at 3420psi.Hope this helps you out ,Paul

that is exactly what I needed to know and it sounds like it will do exactly what I need it too.
