Paul....aka namroud4diana24 just bought a brand new sparkling 30-06 Kimber Classic 8400. He's been experimenting with different brands of cartridges over the last 2 weeks when we went to the gun range. After he's through with his zero-ing at 100 and 200 yard distances, he'll come join me for some pellet gun shooting. He just wanted to share his pride and joy with you guys and gals.

That's a sweet fire slug thrower there Stanley and will make for a fine hunter for him. :) Ed

I always loved my pump '06..It can take down any north american game and then some..no need for anyother kind of gun for big game... with bullets ranging  55grain (I think) and from 150-200grains.. The only problem that I have with mine is that mine doesn't have anything of recoil pad... just a buttplate... can you say ouch?

Nice looking weapon.  Deer hunting?  The deer season here starts mid-October, can't wait.

Thanks guys I'll let him know about your comments.  Yep.....he wants to go deer hunting this season.....he have deers jumping around in his dreams!!!!  I wish him luck....because he haven't done any scouting or talking to land owners etc......but you never know.....beginner's luck......
