This has probably been answered hundreds of times, but does the adjustment on the gamo 1000 give you a lighter trigger pull.
Thanks, john

No, it does not and for the most part has little to no effect as a trigger adjustment at all as it stands. The factory Gamo trigger is not a two stage trigger as claimed either.

thanks, that is what I thought. this is my dads gun. is the GTR easy to install? and about what is the cost?
Thanks again for the info

John,
The GRT-III is GREAT !!!!! It is the best money that I have ever spent !!!! on anything !!!! The GRT-III is $28.50 + $3.50 S+H + $32.00
And can be found here with anything that you might like to know about it !

This will be the best purchase that you have ever made ! I tried every where to buy a replacement trigger for my 890-S, any price, I HATED that "trigger", Then I heard of CDT and his GREAT TRIGGER, and I thought just how good can it be ??trust me, you'll love it !
Bill, and I receive NO commission on this recommendation !

thanks to all I think i will get this for my dads gun.

The Golden trigger is second to none and is a true two stage trigger. :) 8) Ed

Even a 70 year old man can put one of these in. Takes about 15 min. the first time and now ,taking the screws out is the hardest thing to do. You will love this trigger! Your Dad will be surprised!!!!

The GRT-III trig is the best investment you'll ever make in these type rifles. It's a shame they don't work in all rifles,...other wise ever weapon I own would have the "golden trigger"!!!!! For the cost of two cases of beer and a pack of smokes, you end up with something that lasts alot longer,...and will always be satifying ,.....no hang over what so ever!!!! tjk

What about the new Gamo trigger group.
