: B28 issue
: onemountain September 13, 2009, 07:43:31 AM

So I read on another forum that the B28's internal parts, namely the trigger and sear, are not heat treated. Apparently this can cause them to wear out prematurely and become a saftey concern (i.e. a cocked gun discharging without warning).

Is this true? And if so, how much of a concern is it? Can it be fixed within reason, (or is the ultimate fix to buy an actual 350)?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

The person who stated this is slightly biased. If there is a concern you can replace the parts or entire trigger assembly with Diana parts purchased from  Umarex.

Could always surface harden them with Kasenit.
