I have two Arrow underlevers. I shot the snot out of one of them and used it as my "cadaver" rifle to practice before my first "real" operation! The other one hasn't really been shot much and I've not molested it. I was thinking of keeping it for 50 years to see if it went up in value. Alas, I don't think it will.
These things shoot around 500 fps .177 IIRC. Leather seal and all! Triggers are horrific and no scope rail. But they can be accurate fun plinkers. Don't expect a fancy anti bear trap so you'd best keep a hand on the lever.
So, $20 shipped and it is all yours. I can snap a pic or two if you want.

Redfish,
To further my commitment to help others out (I promised Rob Roberts and Rick Peterson I would always try to help a fellow airgunner out) here's a rifle that is doing me no good so it might as well be yours! Well you said you'd trade something so I figured if shipping is less than $20 I'll buy myself a tin of pellets and call it a trade!
This is a good place to learn and to tell you the truth I just shot it and it has a nice solid thunk. Better cycle than the one I'm keeping but not as accurate. I did the trigger, tune and a re-crown on mine. I didn't make a new seal but soaked mine in Neatsfoot oil. The first shot out of mine post tune over the chrony did 840 fps! Guess I had some lube and oil in there! Third shot it settled back down to about 500 fps.
So, here's the pics next to a Big Cat for reference. By the way, the things I learned from the Arrow I applied to the Big Cat which was my first "real" tune. I will never sell the BC because it is an absolute tack driver and will actually outshoot my TX from time to time. Let me know if you are interested.

I think they are basically early B3 variants. You can get a bunch of customizing ideas at the Kermit Airgun Club homepage. Shrouds, LDCs, custom stocks, etc.
