I am very proud to have had stocks now that have been recrafted by you Timmy..:) You are something very special.... I would not want to change a thing about how either one came out. The grain and oil finish is amazing. Thank you son for all that you have done for me..:)

Timmy...You are a Master craftsman!!! You have taken a broken stock and created a work of art!!! I know Gene is gonna love the final product (http://../jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-wink.gif)

Good news Son, and I am sending more your way so you can use them as you please..:)
-
Dave I could not believe it when I was at Timmy's house. He showed me the stock and you could not tell it was ever broken. Not even looking on the inside you could not see any thing visible that looked like a dowel or repair work had been done. I actually thought the stock he showed me was the new one I sent..:) Then he bought out the new stock and I was just dazed..
-
How did you make the seam where the stock broke so flawless? I'm trying to extend the kiddie stock on my 499b, tips on that would be great.
Randy
