Hi,
Jut got a B25s with a 3~9x40AO as part of the package.
When sighting in at 10 feet it will always be low right?
I am going by this article:

Thanks,
Tony

Likely you will not be able to zero the elevation at 10 feet, but the windage should adjust to center.
Take a look at his guide as well:

Are your knobs maxed out? Try sighting in at longer distance. The 10 ft sighting is only to make sure you put your initial shots on target. Once you know where it hits, increase your range to your intended shooting distance. I don's know if you got your scope plumbed to prevent cant. To check on your scope not moving from shooting..put a pencil mark on your scope tube front and back of scope ring and do same with the scope ring base. Keep an eye on your reference mark if the scope creeps. Knobs being maxed out is bad for scopes for scope is directly transfered from AG to scope vice the spring that holds the internals plus it will not hold zero.
