Hi..As some of yous know I fill my PCPs with
Argon gas.....I also have access to
Argonsheild 51..Which is a blend of Argon & Co2
51% argon....Now if you were to fill yer PCP with
 it could/would you get the benifit of the compressed gas
& the exspantion of the Co2.....
Good idea ?
Or just asking for trouble ?

Helium is faster since it is lighter than air.
Nitrogen weighs about the same as air, because air is mostly nitrogen.

I do realize that...

BUT what are efects of useing a Argon/Co2 mix ?

Possibly chemical reactions to o-rings.

I usually have to replace o-rings about once a year.

Extreme weather plus large temperature fluctuations around SC or Tx, where I shoot and hunt most often, must be tough on them.
