Figured I would start a new thread to reply to your question,,, Ric as I feel many others would want to know as well. I got the 1 1/4" bit at my local woodwork supply co. IIRC it was about $57?? (http://../jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-surprised.gif)LOL!! If you are going to inlet a Marauder stock you will need at the VERY least the 3 bits in my pic. Of course,,,, a couple of thousand $$ more in tools would help tremendously also!!(http://../jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-cry.gif)LOL!! PM me Buddy if I can help Ya more,,, Timbo. Thanks, Tim, I have a very nice, seasoned,  piece of honey locust I had squared off by a friend. I've had it for a couple of years, but have had to put it aside, well, you know why.I still haven't decided to make a stock for the S1K, or for my BSA Ultra in a target style. We have a few woodworking specialty places here in Phoenix, so I'll have to drop by one and check out the bits there. Does a drill press have enough RPM  to cut without catching, or do you just have to go real slow. Best of luck on your projects( Saw your post about "Snow" elsewhere, hehe).

Do those router bits cut alloy...
the round one "ball nose"
Yer just gave me a idea....

Got to be cheaper than a 22mm
ball nose slot drill/end mill...
