I think this probably Gene's favorite scope and maybe there is a reason why?

I don't know, but it does have a lifetime warranty.

And judging by the reviews on Midway alot of people seem to be using this on high power centerfire rifles without issues.
I'd give it a try on a magnum springer just because of the warranty alone.

Hopefully Gene or someone else will chime in with more info.

Not sure I would mount this one on a heavy recoil AG? Pcp and light recoil is my thinking :) Its a very clear scope, the cross hair is not as thin as some others..does not bother me for what I needed.   Natchez also has them too:)   http://www.natchezss.com/product.cfm?contentID=productDetail&prodID=SN800067&src=tpSlrHm

I prefer the Mil Dot version. Most folks do not like them because of such heavy lines in recticle. But for the price you cannot find any clearer glass.

are there any other scope in ~$100 price range, magnification power with 40mm objective and is fit for magnum springer?
