Howdy Guys. I am new to the springer world and have a MM tuned B26 with a thumb hole stock
what kind of scope mount should I use with a 3x9x40 Center point scope and what height?
Any help is appreciated.

Get a 1 piece mount. I have the 4-16X40 Centerpoint from Wal-mart in a high Leapers. It has about 1/4-3/8 inch clearance so a medium might be a little tight.
