They will figure out a way to TAKE the money from our IRA's, 401Ks, and other retirement plans to save social security. This only the first step in tricking the people to think that the financial firms 'helping out' is not really taxing our retirement investments.

Wouldn't be surprised by that Martin, - what's scary about this is the word "global" here. These are the folks that believe in, and want a "world government". Essentially the U.N. would run everything, including imposing "global taxes", carbon regulations, health care, gun control, - name it, and some character who has never even been here, can say what we have to do, or can't do. This is a way of draining the U.S. and other successful countries financially, - to make things "fair".
