You might try Chambers. Search under Chambers Air rifle spares and see the Webley Tracker. Same gun. But it will likely be expensive since they are in the UK. If the lever is merely broken off, you could try making a spare out of brass, etc. Not many Trackers floating around and owners usually hold onto them.

You may have to make one. Chambers are out of stock, and these things are no longer made.
