: I went to shoot my b3-2 the other day...

and the shots at first were all over. I adjusted the scope, then they went the other way, adjusted back and so on. This went on for a bit of shooting and then everything finally started settling down. The scope and mount are not the problem and I made sure the pellets were not hitting the muzzle break. Has anyone else encountered something like this from an airgun that has been sitting unshot for a while??

Was it dieseling? It is possible that oils previously trapped in the leather seal may have wicked out when it was sitting.
I've encountered that myself.

I didn't notice any dieseling. The shots were going left right, up down. Kinda weird really...

That happened to me when I got .177 and .22 pellets mixed up in tin. Took me 20 shots to figuer it out.... :) It was on my QB78 .22 he he he

It doesn't have the iron sights on it anymore. Has a muzzle break on the front now.
