Hi!

first off, happy new years from Afghanistan, 2 months into a 6 month deployment.  gotta love the military.

however, i was doing some browsing through pyramidair, and saw these predator knock offs.  after doing a quick search, understand several of you were contacted via a lawyer...

so whats the sticky on these pellets, are they good/bad?  compared to poly's, how are they?

454.

Ed.

Hey Ed and a Happy New Year to you too. And THANK YOU for your service to our country!!!! Keep your eyes open and your head down.

Over the holidays I bought a tin of these in .22 because they looked neat. I haven't shot any Preds but wanted to try the tipped rounds. My .22 calTF89 is on the way back from a Gene tune and I am going to try these out for accuracy as soon as I can. Probably next weekend. I'll let you know how they stack up ((http://../jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-laughing.gif)) with my typical 25 yard target shooting.

I'm guessing the lawyers were from Predator? There are some differences in the two rounds, basically the length of the poly insert.

Anyway, take care of yourself and your comrads. Get back here safe.

Happy Shooting!!!!

Dave

Well as a vet navy seabee to you it will go by quick just keep busy ive got like 7 deployments under my belt and as for the red fire like most gamo pellet they work good in some and bad in some i did a shot test with the preds and reds and the preds are well made and have more penertration but the reds are cheaper if u put some power to the reds in the right gun it will work but it aint no pred. 8)

IIRC from the other times this has come up, the Red Fire are a lower quality pellet, at least in appearance. But that's just hearsay, and I don't know anything about performance. So basically I guess this is a worthless post lol.
