I have 3 of the B-3's and have home tuned all of em using this kit...... works great :)
You can upgrade the B-3 by replacing the stock leather piston seal with the synthetic seal in the kit but you'll need a "button" for the top of the piston. I believe you can get the buttons from "airgunsmith.com", pretty sure that's where I got mine.
If you decide to stay with the stock leather seal, which work fine by the way, you can simply clean it real well using jWD-40 and then reconditioning it using a mixture of silicone shock oil and neatsfoot oil. You can get the silicone shock oil at a good hobby store that sells slot car racing supplies....

Yup that's the place to get the kit and plenty of folk's here to help you along with the tune. I also have a collection of tuned B's, some TLC and you have yourself a fine little shooter. :) Ed
