: Marauder in 25 cal?
: Als69GT January 16, 2010, 01:21:00 AM
I heard on one of the other forums that the marauder may be coming out in a 25 cal? Is this true? I have been thinking about a 25 for a while and that would be a great start.

Jim Chapman already has one

http://www.californiapredatorsclub.com/index.php?showtopic=17629, and it seems that MAc1 has them too.  This new information has really screwed up the thought of a 9mm and 22 Marauder

Its in the 2010 Crosman catalog that I just got. Now I'm just waiting to see who else stocks em.

I get online and look at some pellet prices, and it seems that the .25s are sometimes cheaper than 22s.  Hmm.  I have a year, ill see how it goes.
: No Marauder in 25 cal on the website or the PCP pistol either?

I don't find any mention of the upcoming 25 cal marauder or any mention of the PCP pistol? Anyone have a link to the new guns?

Crosman should be posting their new 2010 catalog on their site soon. You'll be able to see them in there. Or you can order a catalog at their site. In the mean time here's a brand new link to the pistol.:

Well...join me in havin both...22 & 25!!! I see a 25cal in my future, when the price is right and bugs ironed out. Already bought more pellets and I dont even have it yet. But I can use my .25 WFH to test em out. Bought some JSB Kings.

would you like my plans for building a dog house after you tell her?

Jeff, I had luck with showing her the size of pellets and having some difficulty in bringing down a raccoon in the backyard. Said I needed a 25 cal for the thick coon skulls. Its mostly true. But we know that with excellent shot placement, even the lowly .177 could pop a coon...but those spastic little coons dont sit still for very long. A .25 helps a lot. You guys have woodchucks out your way...a .25 surely would make a great big "smack" on them!!!

Ha!!! Isnt it great how far Crosman has come in just the last year or two?

I think you could just buy the parts necesary to upgrade your 22 to a 25.  There aren't that many to go from 177 to 22.

Dust, yeah...I've been thinking about that. But I needs my .22 so I can take advantage of all the .22 pellets that I've alternately recieved. I already have lots of .25 pellets too, but way more in .22, like thousands. Drawers full of em. Most folks have sock drawers, I've got pellet drawers. My complaint is that there isnt any room or drawers to keep the pellets next to the rifles. Now the financial head is noticing that I only shoot my Marauder, so why dont I "box up and sell those other gunz that you never shoot". :-)

Oh the pain....naw I gotta have a .25 Marauder and a .22. I might sell some of my gunz if I can find guys to sell em to local. I refuse to ship them. I see how the fedex and UPS guys handle my airguns. Barrels stickin outta the box and stuff...no thanks.
