Made my weekly 2nd Amendment Lodge Meeting again last night.  Had a potential personal best going........2 nines with 2 rounds left to go......then the gal, police recruit awaiting class to start in April drops in and sez she'll take me up on my offer to do some coaching........Shot the last two about an hour later and popped an 8.  Sooooooo, 96, 3X, 46M, RWS R10 Match, irons, regulation 10m tgt.  Still whittling on the grips a bit at a time.  Lotz harder putting it back on than taking it off.  They still are very, well, THERE in my hand.  Not comfy........yet.

G2H.............had a front come thru, well still with us and the temps have dropped about 30° F the last 36 hrs.  Not going to be very conducive to shooting - noooooo, I don't want to trade with you.  I did some winters in NE Indiana in the late 70's.  Plenty cold for me.  Don't envy you at all.  Did learn how to fell trees relatively accurately.  Heated primarily with wood with oil backup.

On your tgt, I hope you know when you delivered that near "pinwheel"............had to have felt good.  I shot some 10m with the R1 on an Oly tgt last Th and boy, talk about a tuff tgt.......I knew it wouldn't be pretty adding up all the little numbers for the final score.  Just didn't seem to have the hold and trigger control I enjoyed the previous week.  I like challenges.  Looking fwd to avg'g an "8" on a card.  Hope it won't take more than a couple of years.

Yep, felt really great when I went to the target to take it off.  Normally when I'm shooting from the 10 meter/yard line I don't see where the pellets hit (Almost blind as a bat).  Very rare for me to get a almost perfect "10".

One pulled hard to the right shot is the only thing that I was disappointed in, besides the paper. This is terrible paper I need to read up and find better paper.

Scored an 82 with RWS hobby pellets shot from an IZH-46 (non-M) at 10m standing one handed in 40* weather with slight breeze.

Print on 60 pound paper, or tape your target to a piece of cardboard.  The cardboard acts like a cutting block for the pellet, making cleaner holes easier to punch.
