Hell, I grew up in Oklahoma. They're all either pop or Cokes LoL
1. BEER
2. Coke
3. Mt. Dew
4. Dr. Pepper
-
Sorry, no soft drinks, ever. That first coke musta rubbed me wrong, before I can remember. All I drink is:
Water.
Coffee.
Liquor.
No particular order. A beer is OK now and then. A six pack will last me several months.
-
It's Cherry Coke for me ! :D
Cream Soda is second :o

I like a variety, but the one that always "takes me back" is Dr. Pepper. My grandmother used to keep it in her fridge, those old, tall bottles with the 10 - 2 - and 4 (?) labels. When I would come over and cut grass for her, I would have a cold one while taking a break. Later on, when I was aboard a Polaris missile boat, we would stock up at the Exchange, each crew member buying his own soft drinks for the sixty-odd day patrol. I used to get a couple cases of Dr. P. Someone once asked me if I really, really liked Dr. Pepper and I told him that I did, but I wasn't intent upon drinking all of it. Always found other shipmates more than willing to trade a six pack of whatever they had. To this day, if I drink Dr. Pepper over crushed ice, I am reminded of the boat. (But I can't say it's kept me regular. Prune juice in there, somewhere.)

None, - haven't had one in decades.

Coke in the nickel bottle out of the turn handle machine at the factory my Grand Mother worked, was always a treat...
Now it's Sam Adams :)
But usually the powdered apple drink or iced tea mix from Wally World..

Moxie. Only sold in the North East and it is awesome.
-
Sorry can't help you here, don't drank any kind of soda's just OJ, cranberry juice and H20. :) Ed
-
Moxie is a soft drink?
There's a pest control company here called Moxie. Weird.
Here in NC I drink sweet tea!
Or coffee, milk or water.
-
Moxie is certainly an aquired taste! Can't believe all you guys who just won't drink a soda pop. Geez.
-
What a coincident, I was at walmart checking out some crap I really don't need and what do I see? Pepsi, Dr. Pepper and Mountain Dew made with real sugar (http://../jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-surprised.gif)(http://../jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-smile.gif) Its a thing they have going on for a limited time only. I picked up a 12 pack of the Dr. and the Dew, I skipped the Pepsi. It even comes in a retro throwback package. (http://../jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-cool.gif) Nice! So far I have only seen this at my local Waly World.

They sell it at Target here in California. Along with Moxie candies. Pretty good stuff! It IS an aquired taste though!

If I drink sugar water, I prefer it fermented. In the words of the great prophet Homer Simpson "mmmmmm BEER" snookman
-
Beer is not fermented sugar water. Homer is mistaken. Redd Foxx had it right. You CAN drink beer in the morning. "It's cornflakes in a can!"
Almost all current soft drinks now use high fructose corn syrup in place of sugar. As a result, they don't have the same "mouth" or feel as the old drinks. Corn syrup is supposed to be not as good for you either. I hope they do return to sugar. If you want to "feel" the difference, find a Hispanic market that carries Jarrito brand drink from Mexico. Very good and not thick/syrupy. We've forgotten what things tasted like.
-
Coffee In the morning, then I go back and forth between MD and Pepsi.
NC boy here so I drink a lot of sweet Ice Tea. I hate coke and plain water.
A comedian use to say he didn't drink water either, "it rust pipes and fish make love in it".
-
Coffee in the morning and unsweet ice tea, and water.. Not to many sodas. And when it gets real hot I like a cold Corona...:)
-
Verners ginger ale and lots of coffee or water. Once in a great while I might have a beer.
-
I dont drink soda much, but if I do, its MT. DEW. I am an ice tea guy.
-
Well, I used to drink water, until I meet up with a wise old fellow that asked me WHY I DRINK THAT STUFF ?
I replied that water was healthy for you ! That it cleans out your system, and makes you healthy !
The old wise man took a glass, and filled it with water, then produced a worm, and placed it in the water. The worm wiggled and wiggled, and wiggled in the water ?
I asked the wise old man, does that show you that water doesn't hurt you, and is good for you ?
NO the old man said, and then produced another glass, and this time poured whiskey into it ! And then again produced another worm, and placed it into glass filled with whiskey !
Well, that worm just shriveled up and died !!! I exclaimed, Gosh, That stuff killed the worm, what is that supposed to show ???
The Wise old man just smiled, and exclaimed boy, if you drink whiskey, you'll never have worms !!!!!
So I don't do water !!!!!Water rusts pipes, too,you know !!!!!

Don't drink a lot of soda, mostly Coke, but my favorite is grape or orange by Boylan Soda, made the old fashioned way, sweetened with cane sugar. Comes in glass bottles too... It's made in NJ, not sure if it makes it outside North East region.
-
I'm a coffee and cider man but if I had to choose it would be Dandelion and Burdock! Don't know if it exists in the States, Definitely doesn't here in Spain! :0
-

I used to drink all different kinds of soda up until a couple of months ago. I must admit I feel a lot better. I don't get reflux hardly at all, and I don't feel bloated like I used to (less gas if you know what I mean!). So I 've come to the conclusion that soda is no good for my body, (maybe Gingerale is ok, who knows) but there is very little out there that is.. even the fruits & vegetables have all kinds of chemicals on/in them. It's really amazing what we put in our bodies.
I drink Vitamin Water now with the highest content of vitamin C and other B vitamins. I get the 32oz bottles. I feel energetic after I drink a couple of servings (16oz) and don't drag my feet like before with soda. Working on quitting coffee now but that's going to be a lot harder than soda. I am down to 2 cups/day, down from 3-4 cups, and feel better already.
-
I used to drink Coke until they switched formulas in the 1980's. Now I drink regular Pepsi and A&W Cream Soda. I'm gettin' too blinkin' old to fight off the rust that water brings!....:>)
-
Some places around here sell Mexican coke which also has real sugar in it.
-
Actually made some recent changes in the beverage area. I drink an occassional Dr. Pepper (maybe one a week) but I freeze a water bottle and drink it as it thaws out during the day. I also drink Sam's Choice Clear American sparkling water, prefer Kiwi Strawberry. And during the warmer months, while I'm at the lake, watching a football gameor grilling out, I chill me a few Michelob Ultra's. I like the Sam's Choice because of the price, the taste and the fact that there's 0 everything in it. (http://../jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-laughing.gif)Trying to watch my figure.....LOL.

-
Pepsi.
-
"Diet Beer". (http://../jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-cool.gif)Also,,, chase it with Red Bull Or Full Throtle.:p Timbo.
-
Not much of a cola drinker, but I've always liked The Royal Crown Cola (RC Cola to the younger crowd) better than Coke or Pepsi. A&W Root-Beer is up there on the list too!!!! tjk
-
I'm not a big soda drinker, but when I do it's Canada Dry ginger ale or Pepsi (with a bit of bourbon or rum in it). if we are talking esoteric sodas, I love Birch Beer!
I drink lots of water and cold green tea.
