Can someone ID this Chinese sidelever. It has a mountain or triangle as the maker's mark. I know it isn't a fast deer since there is no side safety. Someone said TF-45?
So anybody tune one and know what they are worth? $30-$40?
Could be a B7?
Shoots in the mid 600s .177

It is a B7 I have the same gun. Same markings on barrel mine about 20 plus years old. Front sight has a hole in top to adjust pin up or down. One stage trigger,no safty, rachet bear trap. I recently put a cone seal on that Mike M sent me. Mike M also put mine back together after I tried to take it apartin 09. He did a wonderful job of making it a better shooter than it was. About 5 month ago someone else posted pic of same gun-B7 with same markings here. Have fun shootin it.

I just did a quick tune on it. Was a bit different than I am used to. Especially the trigger with the rear cap pin that goes through the two trigger pieces. That was fun lining up!
Mine is shooting jus tunder 700 fps with CPLs. Do you know what yours is shooting?
I buttoned her up and shot this 10 shot group. Not the best but not too bad. I'm sure accuracy will settle in. I also haven't cleaned the barrel yet.
Best thing is the trigger is now actually quite good. Has two distinct stages and very predictable let off.

It looks like what they call a "Snowpeak", hence the mountains stamped into it. I'm sure it has been sold by many different names, I've seen many people say,"I have one just like it, it's a XXXXX". I had one for awhile, pretty close to a Fast Deer, but different rear sight, not scope rail dovetails, no safety, and a more "swoopy" stock. I've had both (Fast Deer and Snowpeak), good shooters with a little TLC. Check the crown, that was the deal breaker as far as accuracy on mine, once that was fixed she was a real respectable shooter.

Did a couple more groups with H&N Match and Mesiterkuglen Rifle. Seems to like the heavier 8.2gr pellets than the Basics at 7gr.

one thing i noticed is this thing is punching about the most perfectly round holes! i would guess that means the pellet is leaving the barrel pefectly and the rifling must be pretty good too. If my eyesight were better???
Another thing, the open sights on this are some of the best regardless of price!

The top tip of my front sight (maybe a 1/6th of an inch) is in red. Kinda like the elevations numbers. Does yours have it also? And your right these sights work well for this gun. I guess they have to , no scope rail. Challenging to shoot and when you score a hit it brings that smile we all love to get.

I shoot some paper only when it snows at 30 feet. Your groups look good kinda like mine. I have kept all my sheets like all of us do, wish I can load pics to show you my B7 but it looks just like yours. I mostly shoot cans at 91 feet to edge of property. This gun does a great job at that distance. I also like my MM B26 shoot that with open sights too. Shoot nothing but Crossman round nose and I have gotten good with these. 48 tins worth to be exact. Have also shot Crossman hollow point not even a tin worth. A mear rookie in numbers compared to some of the GTA family. Keep shooting that B7 Andy it will keep putting that smile on your face.

Yes the front blad is colored orange. Curiously the other rifle is not colored at all. It is boxed up because I took it to a shoot and was going to sell it but I'll have to look because maybe it isn't even the same rifle? Could be a Fast Deer. I got both of these in a box of rifles I bought from a gun shop. They got them in estate sales and don't deal in pellet rifles so they sell them as a lot.

So I shot some Hobbys (5 shot groups at 10 yards) through this and I'm pretty amazed at how this shoots with open sites. As a comparison, I traded for a Crosman NPSS .177 this morning. I put a Bushy Banner scope on it and at 12x I couldn't get a group as good as the B7 w/Open sights. WOW!

Boy that first picturs shows those pellets travel true and punch that paper nicely. The other pics looks like possible pellet tumbel. B7 nice groups hold on to that one. Thanks for sharing.

Joe, I do think that the pellets are flying pretty darn straight. Combingation of good rifling and crown. To be fair the NPSS was shooting domed versus the B shooting wadcutters. You will always get a cleaner hole with wadcutters that's why you can only shoot wadcutters in 10m.
