wants$50 for the tank. It's US Divers 80 cu. ft. 3000 psi black w/yellow decals.  A little scuffed but not bad considering over 300 dives on it.  It has a current hydro (2006). Last VIP was 2006 but has had over 1000psi in it so no chance of corrosion since last VIP. Has a weighted boot with quick release and carry strap. how many fills could i get with my stock 22 disco?

think its a good deal?

300 dives !!!.....maybe getting near the end of its life..
I had a US divers 80cf tank for 20+ years of diveing..
Last year it didn't pass the visal inspection...cracks around the
neck thread....Maybe Ok..but in human terms its on a old age benifit...

So do y'all think 50 is to much. Its not super scratched up and it has a current hydro, I'm just really low on money and need a tank and adapter for as cheap as I can get one. I have a pump, but hurt my back a couple weeks ago and am unable to pump anymore. Any 1 have a place that I can find one for kindof cheap, I just don't wanna pay 50 for that one and it not be worth it in the longrun if its near the end of its life.

If it was over here I would jump on it...even 2 years from it
for 50 notes has to be a bargin...
But if possable have the guy have it tested...& tell him if it passes you will
pay for the test...then yer know you will get a few years out of it..till
the next test..longer if it passes that one..

Over here if the tank dosn't pass..They don't/won't return
a useable tank...mine had a 8mm hole drilled in it...

I used the same size tank all summer to fill my Disco. At least twice a week and several fills each time. I still have over 2500 psi in that one tank. I have another tank that I use just for my Air Arms S200 and it has been filling that gun for a year. Still have over 2800 psi in it..:) Don't worry about running out of air when those guns only fill to 2000psi max.
