I’m sure this will come as no surprise to most of you, but I still have to say it. Mike Melick is the man. I won’t go into the sorted details here, as they are not important. What is important is that I let everyone know that Mike Melick stands behind his work and products more than anyone I know. I contacted him about a week ago, and he promptly and professionally answered my email. I told him what my issue was and he said he would take care of it. And take care of it he did. His customer service level is second to none. He has EARNED my airgun business for life. If I need it and he sells it, that’s where I’m getting it. I learned a long time ago that best price is not equal to best value. In this case Mike / Best Airgun did have the best price on what I was looking for and the way Mike took care of my problem proved he had the best value too. Mike I hope you read this and thanks again for help. I will steer as many people as I can your way. I’ll be back too. Thanks again, from an extremely satisfied customer.
