Making the critters happy here in NY small game ends today and a tree rat hasn't graced my yard in months . Today that changed i have been waiting to j weld a scope rail on my rws diana p5 pistol for a long time and put a stock on it so off to cobra to see martin . After some dremmeling and j welding wooden matchstick shimming this is what i have it may look sloppy but tell that to the vermin . With a borrowed scope while mine gets fixed from cobra and a tin of silver sting beemans .17 cal 8.8 grain i was shooting dime size groups at 20 yards . So i ground up come cat food and chicken feed pellets and left a tin under my feeder at 20 yards the yellowbeaks can't resist this combo and need to stay tight because its so small they keep there heads down feeding . Todays quarry by 11 am (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v734/TheKnot/DSC02223.jpg) (http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v734/TheKnot/?action=view¤t=DSC02223.jpg) this is a fun little shooter and at over 600 fps it has power for pests took the grey from 30 ft up at 20 yrds thanks martin cobra for all your help getting my pistol out of the trash heap i'am knot a pistol guy and all but gave up on getting good and now i have another tool that fits .

Wow that looks like some pretty fast action. Great shooting. Stay on those yellow beaks while you have the chance. They are not so frequent visitors to my yard now that the weather is warming up. You should a pile of them by the end of the day. Keep it up.

this thing is way to accurate just added a crumbcake to the bait for the first time about 100 grackles are in the trees around my house lots of yellowbeaks around fun times thanks

That 's just awesome shooting wth a pistol!! That's a very nice one btw :)
6 Starlings is the most I 've been able to shoot in 1 day. They don't come in after that.
The Grackles are here already? Wow.. I 've seen a couple of Robins too. They 're all confused because it's been so cold in the south and I think they were trying to escape that climate only to walk into a worse one. Again great shooting on the Gray and Yellow Beaks Chris!!
