I received my third Leapers 3-12X44 scope from PA a few weeks ago. It appeared to be in good condition and I was able to get it mounted and zeroed with no trouble. However after about 20 - 30 shots more the reticule began to rotate to the right. Having no way to correct this I called PA and they gave me a contact number at Leapers. I really can't believe how smooth the warranty process went. I simply filled out a online form and e-mailed a copy of my receipt. The following day I got a return number and was informed a new one would be on the way as soon as they got the defective one. Whole thing took less than two weeks, cost me eight dollars postage and absolutely no hassle. That's what I call service.

Glad to hear Walt,that you had good service from Leapers too. I had a similar deal a few weeks ago. They were more than great with the customer service and cost me $8 postage also to get a new replacement scope. They even called me to verify the ship to address.
