Hi,
I'm from Quebec, Canada and I saw you are from there also. I'm looking to get an s410 but not sure where to get it. Do you know any dealer in Quebec?
Thanks
Frank

Hey Frank....in Quebec, no. I believe in Ontario there`s an online dealer that carries them. I`m pretty sure D & L in Vancouver British Columbia carries them also.
Btw, a big welcome to the GTA forum and family.

Hi,
Thanks a lot with the information and the welcome words.
Where ya in Europe before and you brought all your stuff in Canada?
Is the s410 reliable? Because, I can see all the dealers far from my place then I don't wanna deal with it when it breaks down.
thanks
Frank

The AA S410SL is very reliable...mine is the carbine version. Only problem with it is the trigger safety button....it`s on the trigger.....there`s a hex screw behind the trigger that pushes on a spring, and that spring pushes on a very small ball bearing that holds that safety button. That screw tends to come loose (Many U.K owners have written/complained about that on the U.K Air Arms website/forums). Some have lost parts of the trigger safety components or lost them all....the air rifle will still shoot....just you won`t have a safety. Many have suggested to use abit of nail polish or Blue Loc-Tite to keep that hex screw from backing out.
Other than that....I`ve not read any complains on the AA airguns....PCP or springers. Btw, their magazines are about $50.00 each....think about that when you want extras. The Crosman/Benjamin Marauder is probably abit less powerful.....but their magazines/clips are alot less expensive. The Marauders have not been around too long...maybe a little over a year...so there have been some problems with them (Leaky valves, loose bolt handles and the stocks are mis-aligned etc. ....check some of the posts here at GTA)...but their prices are about half of the AA S410SLs.

I believe locktite would do the trick. Beside air arms, do you know if we can find Theoben and Dasystate in here?
I looked on google, but I can see it's more in Europe than Canada :-(
Really appreciate your comments

I`ve not seen any Canada dealers selling Daystates and/or Theobens. Even in the States....not too many airgunners own them....they`re abit pricey. Very excellent quality though....so I`ve read. Btw, I believe Daystate clip/magazines go for $80.00 to $100.00U.S each!!!!
