I have had a few request on how I made the fill cap fit. It was easy for me with the mill. I finishe it up with a dowel and 600 grit paper. The fit is important. make sure you have filled up your disco first before fitting. You should have at least a gap that you can slide a printer paper through folded in half. That will give you plenty of expansion room. Here is a picture of what mine looked like after it was finished..

Good job Gene. That looks better than mine because I don't have no Fancy Dancey Holtey Toltey milling machine. LOL. You know Im just kidding with ya. I used a half round file, a drimmel, some sand paper wrapped around a screw driver handle and some other caveman style tools. It took me about two hours ( cause I don't have anything better to do ) but it turned out pretty good. It looks better than the vacume hose nipple I use to have on it. Keep up all the good tips to help us newbeys out. You da man.
Chuck,

I did the same to mine to except the custom brake that Gene had made awhile back. Ed
