Are .177 rifles generally more hold sensitive than their .22 counterparts?  I heard this in a blog I was reading and was wondering if that's really the case.

Allot of the sensitivity is in the weight of the gun and balance point. Lighter air guns seem to be more hold sensitive than the couter part. Heavier ones...

So a gun that weighs 7.5 lbs should be less hold
sensitive than a gamo whisper weighing in at 6-something lbs?  Does the stock make a difference?
Whether it's wood or plastic?

My .177 B26 is less sensitive than my .22 B26 but the RWS .22 is about the same as the .177 B26.
