And if I make it through the rest of the week, I'll be real lucky !

Should I die, I don't want any tears or flowers ! I want everyone of you to go out and buy yourself an air gun or some pellets, and shoot then in my memory, cause I;ll be there watching the smiles on your faces !!!!

This week I bought, quite unexpectedly I might add, the air gun that has held first place on my short list for a while ! A good friend of mine quite suddenly asked if I might be interested in an HW-50S !

Of course, when I stopped jumping up and down, I replied YES !, YES!, YES! Now I expected to purchase one in a month or two, but today was a very pleasant surprise ! And from a GREAT TUNER and Shroud Maker, what a beauty !!!!

Now it's time to think about glass for my new beauty !

But NO, there's no time for that, a Discovery and Pump show up in the Classified Section, and at a very nice price, and a .177 cal. ! So you all may now how hard the DARK SIDE has been calling me, and Oby-Wan has been unavailable, and Yoda hasn't been much help !

So even though I knew that this may be the last act of an Air gun Addicted Crazy Man, I bought the Disco ! OH ME OH MY :o What have I went and done now :0 What will my wife do when she finds out ? Where will I live when she throws me out in the COLD with my "JUNK" ?

So now I'm lookin for two scopes and where the heck my mind went ! What am I supposed to do ???

Well until Armageddon falls upon my head, I'll just enjoy my air guns. What a way to GO OUT !!!!!

That isa tough way way to go, but there are worse... if we have to bury you with a tin of JSBs youbecome a toxic superfund site, as well.

I am having recent acquisitions shipped to work. I don't think that is going to slide under the radar, since She works at the same place, but it's worth a try.

So you know the drill- she gets something nice now- quid pro quo. My position is that if she wants a nice airgun, that is an "equal", no problem... trouble is that they extrapolate into areas that don't seem valid to me. I don't see how a "jacuzzi" or jewelry offset an airgun purchase since they are different categories. I get an airgun, she gets an airgun, that is straight up.

Just keep suffling them around in the closet or safe.What do you think she does with her shoes. You know darn well the wern't that many last yer but the allways say " I know I showed them to you" LOL

I'm thinking of you Bill! My problem is not just the guns, it's guitars as well! Try sneeking a large amplifier and a few new pedals through the door without her batting an eyelid especially if you get the thing stuck in the boot of her car!! Anyway, best of luck with the new new Disco!! :)

Bill. we're weak, so weak. I've been on vacation this week - without supervision.  So... made a timely order of a RWS 850 and a Daisy 953... received while wife at work. I'm so bad. It's nice to have a place like this to confess your sins. My wife is the fiscally conservative one. So there's no tit for tat.  But I think she's aware of my addiction and chooses to look the other way as long as I can pay the bills.

Gee, this tops my transmission going out on me Friday. I feel so much better now, knowing that others have real troubles. (No lie. I'm waiting for them to tear it down tomorrow and let me know that I need a rebuilt for about 2 1/2 grand.) Oh, brother, can you spare a dime? [ X 25,000 ] And me thinking about a custom stock for a 10/22 while I'm waiting.

We have a spare bedroom so you can just send your old "JUNK" on over and I'll get it situated and then let you know when you can come, too!  We've all been there buddy; hang in there.

Don't worry Bill, the weather's turning on the East Coast. The nights are still chilly, but you'll be okay during the day. Being you have your own portable air source you can go into woods/swamps of Jersey and live off squirrels and bunnies for a while. Make sure you take enough pellets though ;)
