Was watching the bird feeder from the garage this afternoon and saw a big field rat running under the bushes next to the feeder.
I usually take them with my .177 disco rifle but this time I already had my .22 disco Pistol "CALLAHAN" loaded and ready so I thought, why not.
I steadied myself and took aim with the scope cranked all the way up to 9x for the 28 yard shot.
He flipped like he had been hit with a brickbat.
Those Barracuda 21.1's are bad news on just about anything they hit.

Great shot Ray and nice looking piece of hardware you have there. Did you build it yourself?

Yes I did.
Ordered all the parts from Crosman except the pistol grip (took that off an old 1377).
The wife gave me a .177 Disco for Christmas and I fell in love with PCP's.
So I decided to build myself a pistol in .22 caliber.

Excellent 28 yard shot with that long barrel pistol.
