Yep Ed was up with the chickens this morning and had hot coffee brewing. I got a wiff of the coffee and crawled out of bed and staggered into the kitchen. No sign of Ed but the pot was half full so I knew he had been up a while. Walked out on the back deck with a cup of java shaking in my hands and there was Ed just walking in from a short hunt with a nutter in his hand and the new Trail NP .22 in the other hand..:) Looks like I have lost my new Trail NP because Ed keeps the dang thing next to his side at all times now...:)

Yup he was taunting me from a tree limb about twenty yards away, one to the fusebox dropped em on the spot. Ed

Any time Randal...:) Guess you do not want to visit with me...:( lol... You better hurry up cause we went down to the Gray Dog after dropping off at Fed Ex today and he is heading back next Tuesday...:( I will surely miss Ed..:(

You 're on a roll down there Ed! Speaking of being up with the chickens.. how about you put some chicken bones/leftovers outside and bag a fox at night? hehe. Gene's yard looks like prime fox territory.

Another good shot Ed. You and Gene are doing nothing to help me keep from buy that gun. I've been very good at ignoring that little voice that keeps telling me I deserve it. If I'm not careful I could have one headed my way by the weekend.

Ed, I think I just got us both in trouble. My wife caught me reading your reply, now my wife wants to talk to your wife and I don't think I will be able to play with you for awhile, something about you being a bad influence on me. I have to go to bed now and I could be grouned for awhile. I would tell her how I really feel about things but I can still taste the soap from the last time I did that.

Early bird gets the worm....in Ed`s case he got the squirrel while you were still snoozing. Him and that Trail NP of yours are taking care of business.

Good shot Ed. I bet the gray squirrel population is on the decline over there.
You might want try CPHP pellets. My Trail NP really likes them. Tight groups like the FTS but a bit cheaper. One in twelve fits a little loose but the price is right. I shot them over the chrony at 20 yards yesterday and got a constant 720 FPS. 16+ FPE at 20 yards downrange should be plenty power to kill a G-hog or bandit.
