I listed this back in February and didn't get any takers so I've reduced the price. I'd like to sell my .22 Crosman NPSS. My wife got it for me for Christmas. It has the digital camo stock. I have everything that originally came with the rifle; the original box, the scope and mount, and the manual. It has been shot less than 1 tin of pellets and is in excellent condition (99%). There is a VERY small spot where the camo finish is beginning to flake, but I've already talked to Crosman and they will replace the stock with a brand new one . I'd like $225 shipped.

Bo Ray do you have some pictures to show us? I may be interested.

Gene, is that the same gun?.........
-
Yep that is her Paul...:) Looks very nice buddy..:)
-
Well Gene, did you buy it yet? I have been looking around for one of those also.
-
I have two NPSS .177's already. My next one will be the Trail NP .22 with laminante stock.
-
Those are great looking guns but are almost as long as I am tall. Need a nice .22 cal for hunting these AZ squirrels with Kevlar fur.
-
You must be a midget Dale...:) The Trail NP's are short guns. You must be thinking of the Traill XL which is almost 48" long.
-
Both the Trail NP and NPSS are around 43" long.
-
I am pretty short _butt_ not that bad. It was the xl I was thinking of. I have been reading and looking at so many air guns lately to see what will fit the bill for me I tend to get mixed up a bit.......what do I choose......what do I choose?? Do know I need more clout down range.
-
So, anybody actually buying this gun? For a while there, I thought it was sold. Tsk, tsk, boys.
-
Push the button Red..
-
Well Bo Ray, Is this .22 still up for sale?
-
Yep, it's still for sale... nobody's committed yet! Get it while you can!
-
7.62x51, check your PM.............Chortdraw
-
Will get the MO in the mail today.........Thanks... Dale :emoticon:
-
Ok Bo, you can start packing it up. Just came back from the post office and it should be on the way this afternoon. This will be my first .22 . What pellets do you recomend to start with?
-
Bo, I am assuming the gun has the factury trigger in it so I have ordered Bob's new trigger for it. If the trigger works anything like the GRT 111 trigger does it should really help with accuracy.
-
It hasn't been shot a lot so I've actually only shot about three different type pellets through it but of the three the JSB Exact Jumbos were by far the most accurate ones I've tried. They are more expensive but you can just look at them and see why. I mostly just plinked at cans and such with the cheapo Crosman pointed pellets which worked fine for that.
-
Yep Dale, factory trigger...bone stock, no mods.
-
Thanks Bo, this will give me a start on the pellet testing. Thought about getting a pellet sampler and try several types. I have a lot of 177 but no 22's. Look forward to shooting this gun..........Dale
-
Dale, are you a bowyer???
-
Yes I sure am :) That is my first best thing! Have been shooting for years. I also build my own bows and am a member of the TradGang forum. These air guns are a new thing for me and I have been having ball. When you are 71 you have to keep the juices flowing or you get left behindl. Do you shoot bow?
-
Well then this is your lucky day. Years ago I had a hankering for a takedown recurve. I shoot a bow left handed so I decided I'd make my own. I ordered all the stuff necessary to make the bow from Bingham as well as their kit to make a bow press. Long story short...never made the bow. I still have all those goodies going to waste...until now! Since you can make use of it, it's all yours. I'll send it all along with the rifle.
-
Don't waist the freight . Thanks anyway but I am 71 and getting to the point of maybe doing 2 more bows and selling all of my equipt. The grinding of the glass and some of the wood is a bit much. Was only a hobby to start with. So I sort of started learning about air guns. I shoot my bow quite a bit but not quite as good as I use too. Did my first air gun tune to my Whisper 177 and it came out pretty good. Working on a Rem.Vantage 177 right now but need a 22 for those Squirrels. You should have built at least one bow just for the challenge. It is a interesting hobby. I managed to build 32 bows and they are all still doing well so I guess I dun OK! You should give it a thought! :D
