Sherry put the new bird feeder up and in a matter of a couple of hours, it was a mess. This guy was all over it. She says "so what are ya gonna do about it??" "No problem" say I." I'll work on it tomorrow". Went in, got the Disco, filled it and laid it on the bench.
This morning I take the dogs out and sure enough, there he was at the dining table. I went in, got the Disco, stuffed in a Crosman Premier HP put him in the cross and let it go. Heard that familiar sound when it hit home, a couple of twitches and it was over. First critter shot and a kill for the Disco. It wasn't a long shot, about 27 yards.
Gotta love that Disco.

Nice shot Bob and a great pic. That disco sure does look nice,,,, especially laying next to the nutter :)
I'm sure word will get out very quickly to the local nutters to behave nicely at the dinner table :)
Now go put that nutter on ice so Ed can skin em later......

Yeah Jeff... I haven't culled the area in a couple of years and they are getting pretty numerous so it is time to thin it out I guess. Gene has taken a few out when he has been over but I haven't shot any in the last couple of years. Now that Sherry has gotten back into the bird feeding thing again I guess the time has come.
And the stock is a "Timmy" stock that he chopped out for me. I do like it. The pistol grip is a bit small but I have small hands and it works out and has a good feel for me.

Greet shooting! You do have to cull them from time to time otherwise they will take over. Love the gun, love the pictures-keep them coming!

Nice shooting Bob. With a feeder out, plus no nutter culling's done in awhile, I guess your gonna be busy. :D
And, even though we've lost you to the dark side ... I do like the blond wood of that stock !!!!

Yeah Ed and I've taken out three more since then... two yesterday morning and one this morning. Got to take out another dozen or so but it's hard for me to get clean shots in the direction that I need to shoot in. Right now I need to shoot towards the picnic table area if you remember where that is. That's where Sherrie put up the feeders... attached to the tree right next to the garden shed. What I really need to do is bait the other end of the yard so I can shoot into the wooded area.

You've been on a roll Bob :) and I remember where the picnic Table was. Just put a small pile of seed at the other end those nutters will find it then just take a seat at the table and shoot from a rest hehe. Ed
