I am missing the part circled in red on the diagram below "Cocking Lever Stirrup". Does anyone know where I can get one ? I've heard that Gamo parts are hard to get.
Thanks for your help.

Research the Crosman web site. You should be able to find the identical part from a Quest schematic. Crosman has a very good reputation for customer service, and they will be more than happy to assist you. tjk

Thanks for the idea Thomas. But alas, the Quest does not show that part. The gun started making a really loud metal to metal grinding noise when cocking. After removing the stock I could see where the cocking lever - at the joint - is rubbing the underside of the compression tube and making deep scratch marks. From looking at the diagram I think this part serves as a kind of glide to separate the cocking lever from the compression tube. I made one out of nylon and got her back to shooting, but would really like to have an original (proper) part.
Come on guys, help me out here.
Thanks,
Gary

If your nylon piece works, I wouldn't worry about it. On my 220 it is just a small black plastic "square U" shaped piece to prevent metal to metal contact. Mine is softer than nylon, but nylon should work just fine.
