Ya, Bill. I just watched it you know where with my boys. Too bad they're illegal to shoot with an airgun in AZ.

Neat vid bill, love the puff of dust that come's off the varment's on impact.;) One of my hunting magazine's has got a attachment piece that you can order, it mount's on to the side of any rifle....airgun hehe and you can mount your vidcam on it hmmm. Might be a little heavy though and throw off the air rifle's accuracy. Maby I can sweet talk the little lady into following me around with our's?....LOL, when monkey's fly!. Oh wait, they flew in the Wizard of OZ didn't they. Sky cam hehe. Ed

Actually Ed the size of new digital cams make them not so heavy and a lot of the digi cams today have a short record time of 10-15 seconds for video. A little velcro strapping on top of the scope somewhere... and shooting the gun on a bipod or rested on a treebranch old stump or whatever would be pretty nifty hehe. Wonder when they are gonna come out with AR rated digi cams lol. Or maybe get one of those multi dovetail scope mounts where ya attatch your laser, flash light and vid cam lol.

You know John that may not be far off,
They did come out with binoculars with a videofeature, so you could record what you are watching.
And the cameras are SO SMALL now, that some day soon, you may be looking at a CRT on you scope, with 3 x 9 magnification, connected to a video camera hanging on your belt.

What were they shooting? couldnt really tell what those things were

Guys,
The shooter was using a FX 2000 .22 cal. JSB Exacts - 16 grs. - 960 fps. his longest shot was 90 yards !
But I'd say that was some fine shootin, with a video camera in one hand and a shooter in the other !

Some of the critter's look like prariedogs and maby some ground squirrel's. Great footage. Ed

How about this for a Vid Cam Mount?
Just go to Walmart & get one of those Weaver Rail & Scope ring combos for $15 bucks. Cut the weaver rail in half and drill a 1/4" hole in it, then put a short 1/4x20 screw through and bolt the mess onto your camera.
Now take one of the scope rings and mount IT on the scope upside down, then attach the camera/weaver rail to the ring..VOILA! Camera Mount!

That was some great footage. I especially liked the little visual "puff" when the critter was hit.
