Do you mean Diana or RWS 24? The HW would be HW30, same as the R7 but a bit cheaper. What price range are you looking at? It would help to narrow it down.

But I would consider a RWS/Diana24 also

Regarding a dollar limit...New through PA the HW25 is $199.
