Two weeks ago I read a thread stating that there was some bad Crosman Premier Lights, so I check out my shipment from Pyramid Air. Sure enough, I had a box of bad CPL's. I E-Mailed Crosman about it and the customer service rep. appologized and told me there was a problem with the set-up.
Well, my wife comes to me just a coupla minutes ago and said "Oh, I forgot to tell you...This came in the mail for you today." and hands me a small box.
I open it up...Low & Behold, TWO boxes of Brand New CPL's with a production date of April 2007. Right On!!! I'm competely restocked for the next few months!

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. When I get around to it, I shoot for a few solid hours. Last time I went over to plink at my Bro-in-laws property I ended up goin through a brand new box of CPL's in about 3 hours. My fingers were pretty black! Sore the next day too! hahaha

You lucked out there Sam, and It's good to see Crosman being honest tous shooters, AND providing replacements for defective products.

Definitly Bill! The guy didn't even say that he'd send out a replacment box. He just kept appologising throughout the E-Mail.
Gotta give it up to them though. Customer Service is still great even though their guns aren't the same quality as they used to be.
