Hello again all!
Seems that my season for pests is getting busy. Now, admittedly I'm no Long Island Hunter but.....
This little fella showed up in between my property and my neighbor's today. As you've all heard from me before, chipmunks can do a lot of damage around here so I grabbed the Shadow with concerns about the wind. It's really windy here today (20-30 almost sustained.) and I didn't think I wanted to try it with a .22 I needed a more refined scalpel for this operation.
Anywho.........
He sat in the grass eating the falling "helicopter seeds" as I'd wager he'd been doing for days. I was able to take the shot from my bench and was actually aiming at his eye. I was not surprised to see him pitch over but I was surprised to see where I hit him when I got to him. On the way I measured it out (Nothing going on today...hehe) and it came out to 33 yards. He was easy to find in the tall grass (for a chipmunk anyway) cause he had one leg sticking up.

Hay Greg,
Great shooting there, winds and a small target, very nice, and very good photos also !
And Jeff is one special hunter there Greg, but that gives us something to try for.
Now you have the marksmanship part down Greg, all you have to do is get in the fields, and woods. P.S. bring your camera, we all love photos !!
