I always like seeing the stuff you build Doc... always little details I catch. Like the 2240 with what looks like to be a pull back type hammer. Thats pretty cool. Well I finally got my phase II CR 1322 Medalist on friday. I thought I was gettin a phase I because I asked the guy if it had a steel breech..... well no such luck its plastic, and has the pull back hammer setup. The gun is in like new condition though....never been tampered with until now lol. The gun now sits in a box all stripped down, and all the small bits and pieces are residing in a gamo pro magnum tin. Parts on my to order list include:

Chevell started it it is all his fault....I saw his posts on his long stroke pumper and decided I wanted to give it a go. SO now the journey starts and I have a feeling its gonna be a long one hehe.

A "knob cocker" as I call them is ok in my books. I like to carry on holstered when hunting. It is also the one that I take out when the grandchildren want to shoot.

Best of luck with your 1322 project. Can't wait to see the finished gun.

Hi there, sorry I have been out of town for a few days. I am not familair with many of the old guns (sorry to say). There is a couple of members on my forum that collect old guns and restore them. Perhaps one of them could help you out.
