Does anyone know where to send an RWS air rifle for repair. A friend of mine has cancer and had just got home from surgery and thought he was strong enough to shoot his RWS320. Well, he wasn't and the barrel swung back up and bent the barrel. He needs to send it in to RWS.
Anyone know the address so I can give him the info?? Thanks.

RWS and Gamo air guns importer, service, and repair

Is the 320 a Diana? I might be stating the obvious here but RWS is/was an importer of Diana & Cometa (i think) airguns. Although the RWS web site is still up it is my understanding that 'Umarex' in Arkansas is the current importer & repair station for Diana. I don't know about Cometa. I know that's really not much help but I'll bet a call to PyramydAir would give you some good information.

From my warranty card:
Repairs can only be made by our authorized Service Station.
This lifetime warranty becomes invalid for any gun which is handled
improperly, modified, or disassembled. Should any defect appear,
package the gun carefully in a solid shipping box (the original
Diana/RWS box is not a shipping box) and return prepaid to:
RUAG Ammotec USA, Inc
DBA: Dynamit Nobel RWS Inc
81 Ruckman Road
Closter, NJ 07624
Phone: (201) 767-1995
They also say to include a check or money order for $10 to cover handling.
Include the name, address, and phone number of the shipper in the package along with a note explaining the defect found.

Well, since the barrel is now bent, I assume that warranty won't cover it. Does anyone know where i can get a new barrel for a B20/RWS 320??

I would call up the repair service and ask them, they might just fix it any way or for a small fee.
Worth a try.

Hello...
Give " Air Gun Express, " - " Pyramyd Air " a call. I think they still have some RWS parts and still do non warranty repair work. It would be worth a try. Best of luck...
