That black and gold looks good!!!
I installed the GRTIII trigger on my s1k and it's like shooting a whole different Shadow with a lighter trigger pull. Much better, in fact, I guess I just got used to the trigger pull of the stock S1K, because the difference is *very* noticable. There is a distinct 1st stage of travel, then a slight resistance which is the start of the 2nd stage, and then firing takes place with just a little bit more travel. This now allows me to aquire a target, aim/sight, get the trigger to where its almost going to fire, recheck aim, and then fire with no difficulty. This has increased my accuracy. Or, as an alternative, I can just aim, pull, and fire, but the effort required to pull is much less than stock.
With the stock trigger, it was just a long pull and somewhere in there it would fire. There was no point where I could say "it will fire now". I just pulled and fired, and I noticed that the barrel would wander slightly during the pull, due to the hold being affected by the pull. *no more of that now*
Thanks Bob, for making a reasonably priced, quality mod that lessens the long, hard, and unpredictabletrigger pull of a stock trigger!!!

Congratulations Dave,
Welcome to the GRT-III Club !
When I installed my GRT-III, I thought that I must have done something wrong. The gun fired long before I was ready, because I had hours before the Gamo would fire with the Gamo trigger. After several shots, I couldn't believe my luck, a mail order part that worked much better than advertised.
Well, you now know how great the GRT-III trigger really is, enjoy !
