I got my CFX over a month ago. I got it home, did a quick browse through literature and other crap in the box, then pulled the rifle out and never looked back.
Tonight I was looking over the stuff in the box and came across the Gamo Virtual Training CD. Even though I saw it initially, a new rifle way over rides a CD as far as "let me play...let me play".
Anyhow, is this disc worth loading on my computer? Will the game hold my attention for 30 minutes or more?

It's really not a bad gaming disc. I haven't played it in a while but it was entertaining. I don't see how it would actually improve your shooting skills, but it is fun.

It was fun to mess around with when your sitting at the computer, shootin bottle's and such but it ain't no airgun and there were no varment's :0 Ed

Not really. There wasn't one in the box when I got my S1K, so I called GamoUSA to get one. Wasn't worth the wait.

Thanks guys. I'm with you Ric, other than the targets on the cd, I didn't see any value in it.
The reason I asked before I put the disc in was because I don't like loading things onto my computer without knowing it has some benefit and will be used. Fortunately, everything runs off the disc and nothing was loaded on my computer with this Gamo disc.
The game was very mildly entertaining, the product section is better served by their web site. Once looking at a particular model pistol/rifle of theirs, the interaction is pretty much identical to the CD's, but less clunky. I don't have a duo core processor, but my computer is hardly Pentium 3 run either. I also am running 3 gigs of RAM. It took forever for the initial loading of the CD.
