Ed,
We started a new "game"
you get one shot at each spot. Each direct hit (spot is broken) you get one shot in the bank
which you can use as a "do over" on one of the spots that you had missed.
You keep banking shots as long as you keep hitting the spots. If you miss, the bank is cleared.
sounds silly, but it gets you to try harder :D We do it at 25 yards so it's not VERY difficult.
Roald.

Those would be rump steaks. The best cut in my opinion. Fire looks a bit cold though. For rump you need a scorching hot grill. You place the steak at a 45 angle to the grills for 2 minutes then turn. Another 2 minutes and turn but this time you do it at a 90 angle and 2 minutes again. Then turn and on the side that is completed you should have a chequered pattern. Wait 2 minutes and then remove from the heat. That should leave it nice and rare depending on the thickness. I ussually try and get them sliced at least an inch thick.
Damn, now you've made me hungry.

John, that was pretty decent of them to replace them like that, no questions asked and all.
Since my 850 likes them so much I might be buying some more my self.
Yeah I ended up taking a half day off on Friday and went up early. We got stuck at the golf
club till late...... we didn't do too much rebuilding though, they had a race for the cure round the lake
walk that lasted till about11:00 am, it was too late in the day to get an honest days work in by then
we re clad only one anda half walls, still2 more to go. We'll get together next month and finish
it off.
