latest Talon pistol stock. Been done for a couple days, but hadn't had time to post photos.

As alway's, great work Dano .;) You make the wood stand out with your fine skill's and I work at making it vanish in the stick's lol. Impressive for sure. Ed

absolutely awesome. Is this one that you made from scratch, paint job, or both? Either way, it looks fantastical.
-
That's sure a beauty Dano,
Makes me wish I had a Talon to put it on.
-
Very nice. I just got an SS. Does the stock mount the same way? I see screws on my pistol grip.

Thanks Ed, I still want to do one similar to my B50, but with a Talon pistol stock. The hardest thing is that bedliner wants to peel away with the masking tape, so I used a razor to cut the bedliner as I took off the tape...made it look a little rough up close. Oh well, such is life:)
-
I made it. Carved it from poplar and then sprayed with truck bedliner paint. It's almost like a synthetic feel, but not hollow:) Thanks for the nice comments!

Bill, I think you need a Talon. I think you need an American made pcp from right here in Fort Worth Texas....kinda ironic that I make stocks for guns that are made a few miles away:)
-
The stock mounts on the foregrip screw and the grip screw that run up through the hollow bottom of your stock grip. Those screws that you see on the outside of your stock grip just hold the two grip halves together, there is a long allen head machine screw running up inside it into a barrel nut in the frame. My stock mounts exactly the same way with the standard screws that come with the gun, only difference being that my stock is one piece.

He forgot to mention how much better his stock feels compared the the afterthought that Airforce calls a stock :-)! Damn, bud, those things just keep getting better and better. John, if you can talk Dan out of one of his grips, you won't regret it. Makes it feel like a completely different gun. That, and it just looks COOL!

Took some more pictures of it installed:)
