I searched this topic and found some things by DAMAGE that look kinda like what I'm looking for.  The only problem is, I don't have access to a workshop so...
is there a custom shop out there that makes aftermarket gamo stocks?(website?)  Or anyone on here who makes them to sell?

Look up Splash on the GTA and ask him about custom CFX and other Gamo Stocks. He can custom build a stock for you.
