could someone give the measurement that the seal sticks out away from the barrel? how much, or a photo, seems that mine may still be a bit long and giving barrel droop and seems like it doesn't lock up the same each time. shots vary high and low quite abit with a few hitting poa. Never left or right casuing me to think the seal is still to far out even after sanding.

Hey Chuck, I do not know how far it should stick out but .010 sounds like a good number...:) Those seals are made to compress when your barrel is locked. Also check that your barrel is locking up tight. Lay the it on a table with barrel hanging over edge. Get a good grip on the barrel and see if it moves up and down easily out of the locking detent. I had one that was bad from the factory. It was miss aligned and would never shoot straight. Always too high or too low. Never consistent. I ended up trashing it and getting another one. It seems the older models have two tapered pins for the lock up. One in the barrel breech and one in action. Now the newer ones have a straight roll pin that runs across the action with a tapered pin in the barrel breech. Good luck and keep us posted.. Gene

Well I guess I will do the trigger exchange and send it back for them to look at. Has anyone had experience with returning Gamo stuff for warranty work? How long does it usually take?
