Dear friends,
I recently purchased a Norica Commando which I have been informed by Norica authorities that it is no more being produced. I have been advised by a friend that Norica Commando piston diameter and spring size is the same with Gamo Delta. What I want to learn is that: is Gamo Delta , as long as the piston properties (inner diameter, length etc.) and spring properties (size and diameter) concerned same with Gamo CF-20, CF-30 and CFX. If it is, I am planning to replace the spring guide and the top hat as I previously had done in my Gamo Shadow Sport.
I will appreciate and be grateful if Mr.CDT and other expert friends comment on this topic and help me.
Regards.

It's a fair bit shorter than a normal Gamo spring, as expected (since the Delta has a smaller powerplant).
The specs - as measured - are:
Set length: 9.25"
Wire Diameter: .118"
Active Coils: 28.5
OD: .772"
ID: .536"
The specs for the normal Gamo spring (and several others) are listed in the library.

Thanks for the information. The rifle (Norica Commando) just returned from tuning (in Istanbul) on Saturday. My friend says the spring guide is of plastic material (which is good) and he has replaced the hammer with a heavier one. The barrel is shortened 10 cms and 1/2" UNF male threaded. A custom made MuzzleBrake of 11 cms are screwed on. I could not have the chance of trying it yet but will post the pictures as soon as possible. Regards.
