what do you need a first stage regulator or just a yoke their is a difference the reg 's come both in yoke or did configgerations the did can handel 3500 psi tan ks and the yoke is rated at up to 3000 psi.a yoke will just let you hook up to a tank but has no fittings on it , it is part of a regulator the regulator usally have 125 to 150 psi output at the low pressure outlets and 3000 psi at the hi pressure outle that is used for a pressure gauge to tell how much air you have left.also you will need to be scuba certified to get a tank filled nomatter what you use it for  and keep away from luxfer tanks made befor 1998 they are not able to be hydroed ( pressure test every 5 yrs.) their was a alloy problem with them also stay away from usd and dacor tanks they were made by luxfer. It's not about breathing the air in the tank it's about the sressure the tank holds they have to  be pressure tester they put 8/5 of the working pressure and messure the expansion if they donot come back to the pre test size they fail . I hold a master diver cert. maybe  I can help .howie,I'll check my stuff and see if I have anything you can use and put pic,s for you to look at.

Hi Barry what are you going to want the output pressure to be are you looking for the hi pressure about 3000 psi or are you looking for it being regulated down to 150 psi. I have found a yoke with a fitting that was for  a tank pressure gauge it will only give the tank pressure a full = about 3000 psi.and I have a old regulator I used to use with a nail gun and with air tools or paint spraying it has bot the hi pressure out pot and a low pressure of 150 psi that would go the breathing part ( second stage ) of a dive regulator. see the pic one has a black handle and is part of a tank pressure gauge reader. the orther is a 1 st stage reg. with both hi pressure for your gauge and 2 outputs for the 2nd stage regulator take a look and see if that is what you are looking for howie
