I've been kind of run over by a truck with orders now that I'm doing some sprinngers also, It may take a bit longer than nornal to get your orders for the Qb-78's out than I would want, Just hang in there if you have an order in, I'm only one guy with a shop thats below freezing right now so.........it's darn cold in Ioway...........Mike

Mike:
Don't worry good things come to those who wait! I'm waiting patiently and I am quite sure fro all the excellent reports of your work, I will be rewarded with a fine piece. Keep up the good work and bear through the cold, it's -12 at Camp Dodge this morning. Warmer weather on the horizon! :emoticon:

I am with ya Mike..:) My shop is outside in back of my house and no central heat there. Seems I move allot slower than usual when it gets under 30 degrees outside..:) My biggest problem is keeping my feet warm..:) I use a K-1 heater which knocks the edge off the cold but it does nothing for the cement floor.. hehe
So guys be nice and give us a bit of extra time with your orders...:)

No problem Mike and Gene. I have products from both of these fine gentelman and it is well worth the wait. Stay warm its in the low 70's right now but supposed to drop into the 40's tonight.
-
40's??? I would be elated with 40's! It was ZERO here last night!
BRRRRRR!

I.m sure of that I'm still in shorts right now but that may change depending on the front.
-
Jason,
How far are you from Sunshine Dragway?
Ron
-
Sunshine speedway in traffic is about 30min. Not real far maybe 20 miles max.
-
What the heck your in the banana belt, was colder than that when I left work last night, not to warm in the shop, about 1/2 hour and the old fingers are find of numb, another slow down.
-
Hehe Mike
You have to remember I came from Calfifornia where it is above 80 degrees all year round.. :) Have not got enough anti freeze in my system yet to tolerate 30 degree days, not to mention sub freezing temps like you have up there..:)

When I did my time they told me it was all in my mind, I did want to try "Operation Deep Freeze" at the south pole.....never got chosen. At least the beer stays cold without any help, Mike

I usually put on shoes when it gets that cold, walking through 5 ft. of snow to get to school up hill both ways with barbed wire around the feet for traction kind of made me a bit tuffer, wish we could have had shoes then.........
