Hello everyone, I just got a Gamo cfx in .177 caliber and am looking to put a different scope on it then the stock 4x32. I have been hearing that the BSA scopes are of good quality and there 3-12 by 44mm would fit on my cfx nicely. Is this a good scope that will take the jolt that my rifle will give it. pyramyd air has them in limitied quantities for a good price so it i in my price range. I was also thinking about putting it on gamo's one piece mount which looks pretty nice without screw heads sticking out all over. I might order them tonight if you guys give me the go ahead. Thanks in advance.

I have a BSA 3-12x44 on my 440. I am completely satisfied with it. Good luck with your new optics!

Well I recieved my new scope today and I am very happy with it. I never fully realized the accuracy of the this gun till I am able to zoom in a little and actually be able to focus the scope. My only complaint with it is that it has very sharp, skin peeling edges on the front and back on the reticles(if thats what you would call them). I took some fine sand paper and radiused the edge so it didn't cut my hand. Other than that it is very clear and sounds like it should last so I give it a 5 out of 5 for the price.
